If you have passed the tutor checklist for your current session but keep getting sent back to the warmup connection test after a call or every few minutes then you may be experiencing connection irregularities. If you fail to connect to two call back to back then you will be asked to complete the connection test again.
If your internet is not experiencing connection issues then you may have a dynamic IP address!
A dynamic IP address means the address of your browser is constantly changing, every time your IP changes Cambly needs to make sure your connection is still strong. These IP changes could occur every few minutes for some users.
In this case we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to request a static IP address so your browser maintains just one address.
