If the student is late to a reservation, you are only required to wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, you can log off if you’d like. You're also welcome to answer other calls that come in.
You will be automatically paid for the 10 minutes that you wait in the form of a no-show credit for 10 minutes of talk-time. However, if the student does connect during the time-frame of your reservation, then the no-show credit does not apply.
