If the student is late to a reservation, you are only required to wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, you are no longer obligated to wait for your student to arrive. You're also welcome to answer other calls that come in.
If the student should arrive after the 10 minute mark and the reservation begins, you will still be paid the no-show bonus while being able to complete the reservation as normal.
You will be automatically paid for the 10 minutes into your account and it will be paid out during the next pay cycle. You should be able to see this credit come into your account as a miscellaneous credit. The no-show credit may not appear on your list of credits until after the scheduled end time of the reservation.
