Sometimes the connection is initially bad, but improves after a minute. If it doesn’t improve, you or the student may not have sufficient bandwidth for video chat. You can ask your student to hang up and call you back. If the connection is still not strong enough to hold a conversation, our tutors are empowered to very politely say goodbye and hang up.
