If you are having trouble seeing your video feed on the Tutor Warmup screen, first make sure that you are accessing Cambly through the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser on a computer or laptop (the mobile app is just for students, not tutors).
If you're still having problems, please try restarting your computer and trying again. 90% of video and audio problems are solved by a simple restart. Please be sure to keep all other applications closed, as some may "steal" your mic/camera from Cambly.

If you see an error with 'Device issue' you will then need to toggle the permissions of your camera and microphone according to the error. In some cases this may require uninstalling virtual cameras or unplugging usb devices from the computer.
