You are welcome to answer other calls! Or you can choose not to. Beginning 10 minutes before the reservation is due to begin, we will give you the option to set yourself as visible only to your reserving student. However, if you are on priority hour, you must answer all calls that come your way.
If you're already in a call (especially if you're on a Priority Hour), you can continue talking to your current student until the reserving student actually calls in. We will alert you 1 minute before your reservation start time, so you can begin wrapping up your current session. We alert you again when your reserved student calls in, allowing you to transition directly into the next call with one click. If your reserved student doesn't show up, then no problem, you get to continue working with your current student.
